Appointments
We understand you have many choices when selecting a dentist so we have made
requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason you
cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as
possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Contact our office to verify if we are
participating providers with your plan. We will file an insurance claim as a courtesy to you.
Please note that all fees are the responsibility of the patient on the date services are rendered.
We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express). We also
offer a flexible payment plan with the following: CareCredit and Citi Health.
